Customized Event Handling
Over 20 pre-defined events are currently supported by NavIQ. New events are added automatically as the capabilities of tracking devices are expanded. Each NavIQ™ user may configure the software to behave differently for each type of event. For critical events, loop an alarm WAV file continuously until the event is acknowledged. For less important events, the user may opt to briefly play a non-intrusive chime; or simply ignore the event altogether.
Email Notification
Events may optionally be sent to a customer’s email address (including cell phone and pager email addresses).
